TALO mentoring is structured and intentional.
Onboarding & Vetting
All mentors go through a structured onboarding process. We take time to understand your experience, transitions navigated, industry background and mentoring style — ensuring high-quality matches.
6-Month Commitment
● One 60-minute session per month
● 6 structured sessions
● Sessions scheduled in advance for continuity
Independent & Confidential
You mentor women outside your own organisation, ensuring psychological safety and honest dialogue.
We provide guidance and structure — you bring your lived experience and insight.
